This website does not currently accept new card payments. If an eligible web charge exists after formal enablement, request a refund through a support ticket within 30 days of payment. We target a decision or request for necessary information within 5 business days.
Apple App Store purchase
Apple is the merchant and refund processor for this channel. Use the refund path attached to the Apple purchase. We can provide subscription and service-state information but cannot approve or transmit Apple's refund.
1. Web money-back promise (no new web purchases)
An eligible first web-subscription payment may be requested for a full refund within 30 days after payment. A normal request never requires browsing history or proof of which sites you visited.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges, and refunds required by law, are investigated outside the ordinary promise. Renewals, plan changes, and promotional charges are reviewed against checkout disclosures, use after renewal, prior refunds, and applicable law.
2. Eligibility and exclusions
We may deny the voluntary promise in the following cases, without affecting non-waivable legal rights:
- a promise refund was already received for the same account, payment instrument, or substantially identical purchase;
- there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, resale, attacks, spam, or another material breach of the Terms;
- the request concerns an Apple charge, a completed chargeback, or money not collected by Matora Inc.;
- the request is outside the published window and there is no duplicate charge, material service non-conformity, or mandatory legal basis.
3. Cancellation and auto-renewal
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access ordinarily continues to the end of the paid term. Cancellation alone does not create a refund request.
The website subscription entry point is currently closed. Contact support for an eligible prior web order. An Apple subscription must be canceled in Apple's subscription management before renewal.
4. How to request a refund
Create a support ticket and provide only the minimum information:
- your support code or authenticated on-site account session;
- purchase channel (web or Apple), approximate payment date, and plan;
- whether you want a refund or only cancellation. A reason is optional but can help diagnose a service issue;
- never send a full card number, password, recovery key, private file, or browsing history.
5. Review, notice, and payment timing
For web requests, we target an approval, denial, or necessary-information notice within 5 business days. Once approved, we submit the refund to the original payment method promptly; banks and payment networks may need additional business days.
The on-site ticket preserves status and replies even if email notification is temporarily unavailable. You may request a second review in the same ticket.
6. Partial refunds, tax, and exchange rates
Unless required by law, needed to correct a duplicate charge, or expressly approved in writing, we do not normally prorate unused days. Tax reversals, exchange-rate differences, and bank fees depend on the original transaction and financial institutions.
7. Service credit
For a confirmed broad outage, we may apply subscription-time credit. Credit is not cash, is not transferable, and does not replace an eligible refund or legal remedy. Status and ticket records support consistent decisions without personal browsing logs.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve duplicate, unauthorized, or service concerns. A payment already in a bank dispute may need to remain in that process. We provide necessary transaction evidence, never browsing-activity records we do not have.
9. Consumer law and contact
This Policy does not limit non-waivable cancellation, cooling-off, or defective-service rights where you live. Contact Matora Inc. through the on-site ticket or support@matoratech.com.
